About Us
After more than 20 years working in the healthcare field, caring for others has always been at the center of who I am. But during my third round of pregnancy cravings (and let’s be honest… they were strong), I found myself searching everywhere for really good boba. Not overly sweet. Not artificial. Just fresh, high-quality, thoughtfully made drinks. And I couldn’t quite find it. Late-night cravings turned into research. Research turned into experimenting. And somewhere between preparing for my daughter’s arrival and dreaming about the kind of example I wanted to set for her, Pop & Sip Boba began to take shape.
I didn’t just want to create drinks — I wanted to create something intentional. With my background in healthcare, quality and safety matter deeply to me. That’s why we prioritize high-quality ingredients and work to offer options that are inclusive of those with allergies and dietary sensitivities. Everyone deserves to enjoy a treat without having to second-guess what’s inside it. Pop & Sip is also about community. As a mom, a healthcare professional, and now a small business owner, I believe connection is everything. We proudly support other local businesses, show up for community events, and strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome. What started as a pregnancy craving became a purpose. Pop. Sip.
